Products

Three systems you can click through before you call.

These are working demos of the products we install, not slide decks. Open one, click around, change things. Every record is fictional and nothing connects to a live business; the screens, workflows and approval gates are the real design.

Hospitality operations

Restaurant OS

The owner's mission control: tonight's sales against a typical night, the money leaking out, who is on, what is booked, and the nightly report, on one dark screen.

This is the real dashboard, not a mockup: the same React app we install, running here on fictional venue data. Tonight shows sales pace, category revenue, occupancy, live orders and open issues. The briefing writes the pre-shift sheet. The money report ranks what you lost to labor, voids and comps. Issues flags the exceptions a manager should answer. Every other screen in the left rail opens: orders, lanes, reservations, events, schedule, inventory, analytics, forecast, web presence.

What you can click

  • Thirty-plus screens in the left rail, every one clickable, phone and desktop layouts
  • Pace against a typical night for this weekday, by hour and by category
  • Money report: labor against target, voids and comps by employee, menu stars and dogs
  • Issues queue with a fail-closed rule set; acknowledge or resolve each one
  • Nightly flash report, tip pool and labor variance from the same numbers

Fictional venue, fictional staff, fictional numbers generated in your browser; changes last until you reload. POS, scheduler and booking feeds are verified per site during scoping; the assistant has no AI connection in this demo and nothing is sent anywhere.

Taproom operations

Brewery OS

The taproom pulse, the guests who keep coming back, releases and private bookings, keg levels, and every review answered in your voice.

A tenant-aware dashboard for independent breweries. Pulse is the room right now: covers, returning guests, RSVPs, kegs running low, reviews waiting and deposits due. Guest CRM turns check-ins into regulars. Events handle releases, trivia and music with capacity and RSVPs. Taps and kegs tells you what runs out before the Friday rush does. Review Center drafts the reply; you approve before anything posts.

What you can click

  • Taproom Pulse with a live feed and a needs-attention queue
  • Guest CRM with segments (new, regular, lapsed), QR and staff check-in, consent on every profile
  • Taps and kegs: levels, pours left, on-deck inventory, swap, reorder and 86 actions
  • Events, private bookings with deposit tracking, and review approval; switch between two demo taprooms

Two fictional taprooms with fictional guests and reviews. Changes save in your browser only. Payments, review posting and keg telemetry are mocked here and scoped per brewery in a real install.

Contact database and outreach control plane

30k per month Cold Email System

Sized for 30,000 cold emails a month. One clean source for every contact, with verification, suppression and campaign approval kept visibly separate, and an n8n automation package behind it.

Built for outbound that has to be defensible at volume. The system imports the exact Google Contacts export, keeps source data and workflow state apart, and shows the five gates between an import and a send. Seven n8n workflows handle ingestion, verification results, unsubscribes, the preflight gate, reply routing, CRM events and metrics. Nothing is sendable until a person says so.

What you can click

  • Exact 30-field import contract; try it with a CSV in the demo, a wrong header is rejected
  • Readiness metrics: contacts, email present, verified, suppression clear, sendable
  • Launch gate that fails closed, with the reason written out
  • Animated view of the seven n8n workflows and the execution log they produce

Every contact is a fictional .example record. The sequencer connection is a single whitelisted interface and is not part of the demo; no email is sent from anything on this page.

Straight answers

Questions about the demos.

Are these real customer dashboards?

No. Each demo runs on fictional data in your browser. The screens, workflows and approval gates are the design we install; the numbers, names and venues are invented so nothing private is shown.

Can I click around and change things?

Yes. Filter guests, approve a review, mark a deposit paid, swap a keg, import a CSV. Brewery OS saves your changes in this browser only and has a reset button. Restaurant OS screens are static and switch between phone and desktop views.

What connects in a real install?

Restaurant OS connects to the POS and labor source you already run, verified during scoping. Brewery OS adds payments, review platforms and keg telemetry per brewery. The 30k per month Cold Email System hands off to Supabase and n8n with a human approval gate before any send. No universal integration is promised; we check access first.

How do I get one of these for my business?

Book a thirty-minute walkthrough. We look at how the work moves today, say which product fits, and quote a fixed-scope audit before anything is built.
