What this site collects, and what it does not.
flux-works.com is a static site. There is no account system and no user database on this host. Forms relay to our inbox, booking runs through Cal.com, the chat guide stays in your browser, and analytics load only when configured.
Contact, newsletter, chat, and booking
- Contact and newsletter forms send your entries to our inbox through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a form-to-email relay. Message content is processed by that provider under their terms and is not stored as a user account on this host. If the relay cannot be reached, the form falls back to opening your email app with the message prefilled. Alongside your message we include the page it was sent from and, when your visit arrived through a campaign link or referral, those tags (for example utm_source and the referring site) so we know how you found us. Those tags are stored in your own browser and are not sent anywhere until you submit a form.
- Calendar booking opens or embeds a Cal.com scheduling page. Booking details are processed by Cal.com under their terms and privacy policy; this static host does not store appointment data.
- The site guide chat is a local FAQ script in your browser. Questions are not sent to a server or to a third-party AI service.
- If you email us, normal email handling applies: inbox, device backups, and any assistants you authorize on your side.
Analytics
Google Analytics 4 loads only when a measurement ID is configured in site settings. When active: IP anonymization is requested in the config; we respect the browser Do Not Track setting; you can opt out on this device with the button above, which sets the localStorage flag fluxworks_ga_opt_out. If no measurement ID is set, no gtag script is injected.
Cookies and local storage
- No intro or session flags.
- An optional analytics opt-out flag in localStorage.
- Third-party cookies only if GA4 is enabled (Google).
Fonts and CDN
Pages may load fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser requests those files from Google when you view the site.
