Simple structure. No long contracts. The number comes from your operation.

Every engagement starts with a fixed-scope audit, quoted before work begins. It ends with a fixed quote for the build. After setup, everything is month to month, and every system is measured against hours saved and calls answered.

No public rate card, on purpose. Packages are quoted after the audit so the number matches what you run, not a template. You never see a figure you did not agree to first, and if the audit shows the return is not there, it says so.

How engagement works

Audit, build, run. Each step quoted before the next starts.

01

Workflow audit

One week. We map where leads, follow-ups, admin and reporting actually move, and rank the first three automations by return. Fixed scope, quoted up front.

fixed scope
02

QuickStart build

Two to four systems installed into the tools you already run, with approval gates and a handbook your team can follow. Fixed quote before any build starts.

Monthly Fluxworks

Monitoring, fixes, reporting and improvements so the systems compound instead of rotting after month one. Month to month, cancel any time.

What's always true

Four things that never change, whatever you choose.

It pays for itself or it goes

Every system gets measured against hours saved and calls answered. If the numbers do not work after a fair shake, we fix it or turn it off rather than keep billing you.

You own everything

Your phone number, your customer list, your accounts. If we part ways, everything keeps working and everything stays yours.

Setup is quoted in writing

Setup covers connecting your existing tools, tuning the system to your business, and training you and your staff. The figure is in writing before any work starts.

A person at every gate

Approval works through written rules you sign off at setup. An action runs on its own only when one of those rules covers it, and that includes routine actions that touch money or make a commitment, such as a reservation inside your booking rules or an invoice under a limit you set. Anything no rule covers, and anything sensitive, waits for a named approver.

Straight answers

Pricing questions, answered.

How much does an AI receptionist or texting agent cost for a small business?

We do not publish a rate card, and we do not quote comparisons with answering services or staffing, because the number depends on your operation. The audit tells us how many lines, calendars and tools we are wiring up, and the quote follows from that. You see the number in writing before anything is built, and you can set it against whatever you pay today.

How much does workflow automation cost?

It depends on how many systems have to talk to each other. The honest benchmark: if an automation does not clearly save more than it costs within a couple of months, we would rather not install it. The audit ranks candidates by return before we quote.

What does setup cost?

Setup is a one-time fee that covers connecting your existing tools, tuning the system to your business, and training you and your staff. It is quoted in writing before any work starts, based on what we are installing.

Is there a long-term contract?

No. After setup, every plan is month to month. You can cancel any time, and everything we built, your phone number, your customer list, your accounts, stays yours and keeps working.

What if it does not pay for itself?

Then we say so. Every system gets measured against hours saved and calls answered. If the numbers do not work after a fair shake, we fix it or shut it off rather than keep billing you for it.
