your taproom.

A week in the taproom

The event is only
part of the work.

An event needs a plan, a booking needs an owner and a guest relationship needs permission to continue. Kegwise brings those responsibilities into one view.

Illustrative workflow · prototype

Thursday tasting night

  1. Confirm the event details.Capacity, timing, staff owner and the guest booking path.
  2. Review the expected guests.Booking status, special requests and the team’s preparation.
  3. Close the loop.Record attendance, review feedback and decide who may receive follow-up.

The questions an owner needs answered.

  1. 01Who owns the booking, and is it actually confirmed?
  2. 02What does the team need to know before guests arrive?
  3. 03Which guests asked to hear from us again?
  4. 04What do attendance, feedback and available sales records tell us?

Kegwise’s existing browser demo is a prototype. This page does not imply connected production bookings, payments or guest messaging.

What you get

A defined piece of work. A clear handover.

The scope, required access, delivery responsibilities and ongoing support are agreed before work starts.

01

A taproom workflow map

A shared view of events, booking handoffs, guest records and operational questions, grounded in how your venue works.

02

A scoped pilot

Choose a first workflow and define its records, access, approvals and acceptance checks. Connected features are agreed individually.

03

A useful reporting plan

Identify which event, booking, review and operating data should inform your decisions—and which sources can actually provide it.

Getting started

Start with the way you work today.

  1. 01
Walk through one event or booking.

Show how guests find it, reserve, arrive and hear from you afterward. Identify where the work splits across people or tools.

  2. 02
    Choose the first connected workflow.

Agree the source systems, guest permissions, ownership and definition of a confirmed booking. Verify provider access before promising a connection.

  3. 03
    Pilot before expanding.

Test the agreed workflow with controlled records and review it with the team. Add further operations and reporting only as their inputs are verified.

Built around your taproom.

Is Kegwise a ready-to-buy production platform?

It is currently a prototype and a starting point for a scoped pilot. The first conversation establishes which workflow can be delivered for your operation and what still needs to be connected.

Does it replace our POS or booking system?

That is not assumed. We begin with the tools already in use and establish what can be connected. Replacement, payments and integrations would need their own agreed scope.

Can it support guest relationships and reviews?

Those are part of the intended workflow. Guest consent, data access and the actual messaging or review provider must be agreed and tested before any outbound activity.

How is this different from Restaurant OS?

Restaurant OS starts with costs and operating discrepancies. Kegwise starts with the brewery’s events, bookings and guest relationships, with reporting around that work.

Start with the next event on your calendar.

We’ll trace the work around it and identify a sensible pilot.
