Plain English, always

About
Every shop, crew, and kitchen runs on the same scarce resource: the owner's attention. Fluxworks installs the systems that give it back, one at a time, and stands behind them.
Fluxworks started after watching too many good businesses lose real money to things software quietly fixed years ago for the big chains: missed calls, forgotten follow-ups, paperwork done at midnight. The tools finally got good enough and cheap enough for a four-person company to have the same front office as a four-hundred-person one. Somebody has to set them up properly and stand behind them. That is the job.
We are one operator with a bench of specialists brought in per system, not a software company with a login to sell. Everything is wired into the phone, inbox, calendar, and CRM you already run. Approval works through written rules you sign off at setup. An action runs on its own only when one of those rules covers it, and that includes routine actions that touch money or make a commitment, such as a reservation inside your booking rules or an invoice under a limit you set. Anything no rule covers, and anything sensitive, waits for a named approver.
How we work
If we cannot explain what a system does in one sentence a busy owner understands, we do not install it. You will never need a glossary to read our reports.
Every system gets measured against hours saved and calls answered. If the numbers do not work after a fair shake, we fix it or turn it off. We do not keep billing for something that is not earning.
Your phone number, your customer list, your accounts. If we part ways, everything keeps working and everything stays yours. No hostage situations.
When something needs a conversation, we can have it across a table, not a ticket queue in another time zone.
